The Lean Path to Greatness

The Lean Path to Greatness is an integrated concept aimed at innovating the way organizations understand and implement continuous improvement processes, through a systematic and customized approach that highlights specific needs, SMART objectives and long term, strategic focus areas.

Program structure

1. Lean training courses

The Lean training courses portfolio is based on the methodology and concepts developed by Toyota and addresses specific organizational needs. It is highly flexible and can be adapted both to short term and long term objectives. The content can be condensed to introduce Lean concepts and specific tools (e.g. Kaizen, RCA) but also expanded to describe complete systems and work methods (Lean Fundamentals, Standard work, Performance Management etc.).

2. Continuous improvement workshops

As a complementary component to the more theoretical programs, the workshops include periodical organizational evaluations, performance management consulting or support during various projects development stages.

3. Lean Coaching for leaders

Providing support for consolidating long term results, we offer individual coaching to enforce Lean leadership, based on strategic thinking and team development through direct interactions (Gemba).

Program benefits
  • Specific performance and organisational culture improvement
  • Improved understanding of organisational needs, referenced to customer satisfaction
  • Consolidate best practices and team knowledge sharing
Target audience

The program is suitable for all organisations interested in creating a long term, efficiency-oriented culture and willing to invest in modelling value-adding behaviours, to increase customer satisfaction.
